Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails.
• Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ inquiries and sending sales information through emails.
• Proficient in executing sales strategies, scripts, information gathering on customers.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Upselling products or services.
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas and sales targets.
• Strong marketing knowledge to identify areas of lead growth.
• Handle proper documentation and recording of sales closing activities.
• Handle customer inquiry after-sales service.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Preferred language(s): Mandarin to serve the China market
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Past similar experience is preferred. Knowledge in Internet Marketing/SEO is a strong added advantage.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

• You will have a monthly fixed salary, allowances, as well as sales incentive.
• The sales incentive is not capped. Potential to reach 5 figures pay on strong performers.
• Our successful Inside Sales Reps are enjoying 5 figures income monthly.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
