Job Title: Creative Designer (Event & Wedding Décor)
Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah / Kepala Batas, Penang
Role Description:
We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our team at Dokoh Ratna Group, specializing in event and wedding décor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into detailed visual concepts and sketches. You will work closely with our event planning team to create event layouts, Pelamin designs, floral arrangements, venue styling, lighting concepts, and other decorative elements for weddings and various events. Your role will involve turning client visions into beautiful, immersive experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sketch event layouts, including Pelamin designs, floral arrangements, seating plans, and décor.
• Collaborate with event planners to ensure design concepts align with client expectations.
• Create visual presentations for event décor, including color palettes, themes, and materials.
• Oversee the execution of designs, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in event design, décor, and technology.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event design or wedding décor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong sketching, illustration, and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and unique décor ideas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present concepts to clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
