Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and lead the overall performance, compensation and benefits strategy for the organization, in alignment with business objectives and competitive market practices.
- Design and implement innovative compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, equity plans, and executive compensation packages.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and others.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and expertise on performance and compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, recommending necessary updates to policies and programs.
- Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
