  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Familiarization of powder paint/liquid paint cosmetic requirements & achievements.
  • Familiarization of powder paint/liquid paint process control: Spray gun system, pretreatment, paint booth, curing oven temperature profiling.
  • Powder paint/liquid paint parameter setup in FA (First Article) & MP (Mass Prod) and color control under various of meter/gauge uses.
  • Continuous painting relevant tasks improvement towards capacity & capability expansions.
  • Responsible to manage productivity improvement activities on Operation Efficiency (OPE) / Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
  • Prepare SPC, PFMEA, PROCESS PARAMETER & various engineering analyses and recommendations on production capacity, efficiency, capital and support supplies needs as well as other key mandatory support items such as material, headcount, etc based on vari studies.
  • Responsible to operations research, which provides methods for the general analysis and design of systems. Operations Research (OR) includes optimization, decision analysis, stochastic processes, and simulation on FA & MP products .
  • To ensure all PE activities/project are run accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical or any relevant Engineering
  • Powder Coating Process expertise and experience
  • Spray Painting skills
