Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Kemuncak Parts & Accessories Sdn. Bhd. located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Knowledge of HR functions (RECRUITMENT, pay & benefits, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Job Responsibilities

  • RECRUITMENT (Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process)
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of paperwork.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of leave documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Create and share announcements for public holidays, company events, and staff meetings, ensuring all employees are well-informed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to job procedures by preparing and issuing official documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, and probation extension letters.
  • Engage in regular communication with staff to address any concerns or issues impacting their job performance.
  • Plan and organize team-building activities to promote collaboration, enhance communication, and strengthen team dynamics among employees.
