Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensively coordinate the sales work in industries such as finance, government-enterprises, healthcare and education, and manufacturing in Southeast Asia. Deeply study the market dynamics and customer needs of various industries, and formulate and implement effective sales strategies to increase the market share of the company's products and services in this region.

2. Be responsible for formulating annual or quarterly business plans, clarifying sales targets and key promoted products, and focusing on the sales of products such as load balancers and TAP switches. Through market research, customer analysis and other means, accurately target customer groups and formulate personalized sales plans to ensure the smooth completion of sales tasks.

3. Establish and improve the channel management system, formulate channel cooperation policies and incentive mechanisms to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of channel partners. Regularly train and guide channel partners to improve their sales skills and understanding of the company's products, and jointly promote the growth of sales performance.

4. Monitor the sales gross profit margin. Through means such as optimizing product pricing, cost control, and adjusting sales strategies, ensure that the sales gross profit margin reaches the company's expected goals.

5. Be responsible for planning and organizing customer marketing activities in various industries in various countries, including product launches, industry seminars, and customer appreciation events.

Requirements:

1. Possess rich sales management experience, have more than 10 years of sales management work experience in finance, government-enterprises, healthcare and education industries, and be familiar with industry market dynamics, customer needs and sales processes. Have keen insight and accurate judgment on industry development trends, and be able to formulate sales strategies and development plans that meet market needs.

2. Have more than 5 years of sales experience in Southeast Asia, deeply understand the market environment, cultural background and business rules of countries such as Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Be familiar with the demand characteristics and purchasing habits of local customers, be able to establish good customer relationships and sales channels, and effectively expand market share.

3. Those with experience in selling load and TAP switch products are preferred. Be familiar with the technical characteristics, application scenarios and market competition situation of related products. Be able to provide professional product solutions and technical support according to customer needs, and promote product sales and market promotion.

4. Possess self-driven ability, be able to carry out work independently, actively seek market opportunities, coordinate resources and solve problems. Be goal-oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, be able to go all out to achieve sales goals and constantly pursue excellent work performance.
