- Assists Executive Housekeeper in scheduling and distributing of the daily assignment to
- assigned staff
- Assist in directing of Housekeeping Attendants in preparing rooms and public areas as
- needed to meet schedule
- Supervise and inspect cleaning of guestrooms and public areas to ensure the highest
- standard of cleanliness is maintained in accordance to expected standard.
- To conduct training and guide Housekeeping Attendants on the correct procedure for room
- and public area cleaning, product knowledge and how to improve performance
- Handle guest complaints and missing or damaged items in guestrooms
- Maintain stock inventories and ensure sufficient stock of cleaning and guest supplies are
- available
- Perform any other duties as and may assign from time to time by management
- Posses minimum SPM or certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping operations
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
- Must be able work on shift rotation, weekend and public holidays
