Operation Supervisor（Freight Forwarding)

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for coordinating the contradictions and problems among operations, carriers, customs broker, fleet, customers and sales (including the expense problem during booking, customs declaration, making containers, inspection, compensation, etc.) during operation;

2. Supervise the daily work of shipping operation, shot check the operation process, standardize the operation process;

3. System input management, including customer addition, maintenance management, inputting customer information;

4. Convey the tasks assigned by management and the feedback to subordinates;

5. Be responsible for the construction of operation team and provide professional knowledge and skills training for new staff;

6. Be responsible for personnel allocation, work assignment and adjustment, conducting regular meeting with operations to analyze performance;

7. Daily management of department subordinates, work guidance, training, work arrangement, inspection and supervision, follow-up;

8. Participate in the company's executive meetings and group meetings regularly;

9. Finish the work assigned by superior leaders on time.

Requirements

1. College degree or above;

2. At least 3 years of operation and management experience in shipping or international freight forwarding, including at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operation team management;

3. Familiar with Air & Sea import and export process and operation;

4. Familiar with the operation process of US lane is preferred;

5. Be able to operate office software skillfully;

6. Good communication skills and team management skills;

7. With strong sense of responsibility, service and team spirit;

8. Be good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
