- Documentation Filling
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Guide maid for internal tasking.
- Responsible for inventory management and checking, receiving order, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Minimum education - SPM/STPM level. Diploma holder is an advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good working attitude, and professional appearance
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferences will be given to candidates who can communicate in Mandarin.
- Basic Computer knowledge is preferred
