Responsibilities
To handle general administrative duties
Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
To assist the Company Secretary in all secretarial functions to ensure statutory compliance with provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
Liaise with client, SSM, LHDN, and others government agency in connection with all secretarial matters.
Preparation of Board Resolutions, Minutes of meetings, Annual Return and other company secretarial documents.
Preferably with working experience in Company Secretarial Firm
