Job Description
  • Manage and optimize retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staffing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability within the footwear category.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product assortment and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all retail operations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve performance targets.


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in retail operations management, (within the footwear industry added value)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for footwear and understanding of market trends.
