Responsibilities And Tasks
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and reconciliation between sub modules
- Perform analytical review on balance sheet reconciliation
- Raise journals and perform monthly closing
- Fixed Assets maintenance and reconciliations
- Perform analytical review on accounting reports
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies on timely basis
- Respond to and resolve Opco enquiries promptly
- Support Opcos throughout the accounting month cycle
- Assist on ad-hoc project as & when required
- Contribute to the smooth running of the center by performing other tasks as required
- 2 or more years working experience in accounting functions and/or shared services experience is an advantage
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field.
- Solid PC skills and is proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office, especially MS-excel.
- Experience in using Oracle system: AP, AR and GL module and Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
