Job Description:
· Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
· Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
· Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
· Prepare annual budgets, track budget performance and analyse variances.
· Develop cash flow forecast and monitor actual cash flow position.
· Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
· Handle tax matters including the withholding tax and corporate tax.
· Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes.
· Collaborate with departments to analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Involved in system implementation projects relating to process.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
· Meticulous and able to work independently
· Well versed in English and Chinese.
