Description
Management of Industrial Relations function:
Management of HR Compliance function:
- Draft and update HR compliance policies and procedures as necessary.
- Provide compliance support in accordance with shared services agreements with OABB, E2P, OCBC Labuan, and OCBC Advisors.
- Oversee the management of the annual screening exercise, including CTOS checks and court adjudicated records checks
- Manage the division's business continuity plan.
- Manage the annual Fit & Proper assessment for KSMOs in compliance with BNM requirements and connected parties declaration.
- Communicate any new or revised compliance/risk-related matters to HR employees.
- Provide advisory services on all compliance and risk-related matters to all HR functions, ensuring relevant policies and regulations are identified, translated, and communicated effectively.
- Conduct compliance/risk-related trainings for HR employees as needed.
- Perform gap analysis for any new guidelines issued by BNM pertaining to IR and compliance matters.
- Oversee the employee conduct trigger program and related communications.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in law degree with 8 to 10 years of related working experience in Industrial Relations and HR Compliance.
- Well versed with the Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations effectively.
- Good/advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
