  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial planning and analysis activities for the Group to identify
    areas of opportunities, cost benefit analysis, divestments and group
    reorganization evaluations
  • Plan, structure and execute mergers and acquisitions projects that include
    financial due diligence, business valuation and financial modelling and
    provide recommendation to management
  • Ensure that all corporate exercises are conducted in accordance with Bursa
    Malaysia rules and regulations
  • Conduct market research and analysis of the industry, providing advice on
    business trends and potential growth areas
  • Assist in investor relation functions and preparation of company’s Annual
    Reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; Chartered Accountant
    certification is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with experience in Public Listed
    Companies (PLCs) and audit firms being an added advantage.
  • Preferably has experience in Corporate Finance or Business Planning
    functions
  • Familiar with Bursa listing requirements, Malaysian Financial Reporting
    Standards and ERP systems
