  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Execute and support the overall development stage including all building works for project/phase(s) within the township or integrated development from implementation up to handling over as per time frame, cost and quality objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning

  • Support the project feasibility study and recommendation on design and development concept, program, and budget

Project Implementation

  • Execute the project implementation as guided by the quality, environment, safety, and health management system according to SOP and ISO standard

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise and collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of projects
  • Assist in obtaining relevant local authorities’ approval and ensure regulatory requirements have been complied
  • Coordinate and monitor external stakeholders/parties i.e. Consultants and Contractors to meet the phase/project (s) key deliverables

People Development

  • Manage the team members under their supervision including their career development

Job Dimension (Impact and accountabilities)

  • Support and control any issues in the overall development stage to meet the agreed timeline, cost, and quality objectives.

Education/ Professional Qualification

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Engineering/Building/Architecture or any other relevant qualifications in Property Development
  • Experience in project planning with a developer background
  • 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the Property Industry
