  • Process online enquiries and feedback.
  • Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
  • Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
  • Provide a polite, professional and accurate response in accordance with agreed service standard.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assign by superior.
  • Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be strong communication skill and problem solving skill.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Ability to speak and write Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Well communication and good teamwork with collogue.
  • Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur or other locations.
  • SPM and above in any related discipline.
