- Process online enquiries and feedback.
- Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
- Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
- Provide a polite, professional and accurate response in accordance with agreed service standard.
- Other ad hoc tasks assign by superior.
- Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be strong communication skill and problem solving skill.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Ability to speak and write Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Well communication and good teamwork with collogue.
- Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur or other locations.
- SPM and above in any related discipline.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
