DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts throughout employee lifecycle. This includes creating new accounts for new hires, updating existing accounts with changes such as job title, department and reporting lines are correctly reflected in the system, and deactivating accounts for employees who have left the Company.
• Setting up and managing user permission within HRIS, which may involve shared mailbox access management, user permission granting to Microsoft 365 applications and Company internal knowledge management platform, employee account license control and etc. This is to ensure that appropriate level of access based on job roles and business requirements are consistently aligned with organizational needs.
• Oversee and maintain optimal access control of HRIS including implementing security measures such as password policies, multi-factor authentication and role-based access control. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and accuracy of employee data.
• Provide essential training and support to HR team members and other users within the Company, in helping them to navigate the Microsoft 365 platform and other systems such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Assist in developing user-friendly resources including FAQs and user guides, ensuring that users can utilize systems efficiently. When technical issues arise, you will troubleshoot these issues encountered and collaborate with IT team to resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and prior hands-on experience in managing user account and access control is a desirable advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaboration with teams and providing user support
• Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in employee data entry, access management, and compliance with security standards
