Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre and post contract management such as preparation of tender documents, tender analysis, bill of quantities, procurement and award of contract works, negotiation and contract administration
- Coordinating and liaising with consultants throughout tendering process and managing contract claims
- Assist in cost control, procurement award, evaluation of progress claims and variation works, tender report, etc.
- Assist in negotiating and rationalizing contract rates with contractors to achieve favorable terms and conditions that align with company’s interest and objectives
- Assist in value engineering to achieve optimum cost in compliance with the required quality
- Attend site meetings, consultant meetings, carry out site valuation, etc
- Provide input during project planning and design phases to ensure cost-effective and feasible project execution
- Work collaboratively with various departments including Finance and Project Management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years working experience in property and construction industry, consultancy firms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with good spreadsheet and report writing skills
- Proactive, dynamic, analytical, and resourceful with strong integrity and ability to work in a team environment
