  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Sustain and maintain highly automated, high volume production lines
  • Assist Engineer to achieve target uptime, ensure data integrity and maintenance of system equipment
  • Perform maintenance work, troubleshooting and machine fault analysis work
  • To ensure that all work performed is in accordance with the Company's established policies and guidelines
  • Audits (all) -Zero NC & sustainability
  • Safety- Zero Accident
  • Follow strictly the 8S guideline & discipline
  • Update activity changes such as software/configuration/recipe/bulletin checklist
  • Support to manage activity PM schedule for backup activity planned by monthly basis.
  • Established compatibility with third party software update product such as windows, Imacs, Pama, driver, robot application, vision system, dataman, CLT and equivalent with automation industry.
  • Send technical report to respective line engineer such downtime issue, activity update or etc.
  • Ensured all network (CM3/local/ LAN), PC system data availability and integrity through preventive maintenance and upgrades.
  • Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management (ie: eval activity and etc)

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Preferable 2-3 years experience in automated manufacturing industries
  • Fresh graduates with similar knowledge encourage to apply.
  • Experience in sustaining or maintaining electrical system and automation control system is an added advantages
  • PLC skills, multi tasking skills, Analytical skills, OJT provided
  • Ability to read and do minor modification PLC program with understanding of process sequence correctly and able to analysis failure by PLC quickly.
  • Intermediate ability on computer and IT skills.
  • Repair and setup automated hardware.
  • Intermediate ability to operate all type vision system.
  • Able to read electrical schematic diagram and multi meter or measurement tool.
  • Organized, fast learner and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Demonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasks
  • Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes
  • Team work spirit
