Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations and performance of multiple stores within the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate store managers and staffs to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identifytrends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to support store initiatives and promotions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams.


Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success ina multi-unit environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned area as needed.
