Serving as part of the Board of Directors, to oversee the activities of the CHawk Group of Companies.

• To provide strategic direction of the company, influences the company in an advisory role.

• Provide overall leadership to enhance the effectiveness and performance of the Board and act as the primary spokesperson for the Board.

• Act as an adviser and confidant to the Chief Executive Officer.

• Assist with developing corporate strategy, building a pipeline of potential merger and acquisition transactions, growing CHawk’s market profile and establishing new corporate relationships.

• Foster ethical and responsible decision making by the Board, Board Committees and the individual Directors.

• Work with management in reviewing plans, defining issues, maintaining accountability and in any marketing efforts that would allow to effectively position the Company with investors to facilitate growth; and ensure the implementation of the management succession and development plans.

• Overseeing product development, engineering, or technical support, ensuring innovation and quality.

• Coordinating with sales, R&D, and operations teams across global regions.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Building and maintaining relationships with global clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement skill:

The required skills for the position GLOBAL TECHNICAL MANAGER are:

• Equivalent certificate in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

• Min 5 years in relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred.

• We expect commit with us at least 2 years

• Candidates must be familiar with the US market.

• Candidates should be able to liaise and communicate effectively with US stakeholders and customers.

• Candidates must be willing to travel to the USA approximately 50% of the time as part of their role.

• Candidates who are currently able to travel to the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship are preferred.
