Job Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in system architecture, involved in tackling business-related technical challenges, restructuring systems, ensuring high-performance processing and system stability;
2. Can quickly and clearly organize business logic, analyze customer needs, design solutions, and determine development standards;
3. Lead developers to complete feature development while enhancing their skills
4. Share experience and technology with the team, lead the team to improve overall technical level
5. Be able to actively communicate with the front-end and back-end teams and promote related work
6. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in implementing big data risk control projects in the financial industry

Tasks & responsibilities

Qualifications for Employment
1. 2 years or more of development and implementation experience, with 1 year or more of technical manager or architect experience preferred;
2. Proficient in Java based object-oriented/service programming methods, proficient in the use and principles of Java reflection, multithreading, NIO, JDBC and other technologies; Have a profound understanding of design patterns; Have theoretical and practical experience in distributed architecture;
3. Proficient in Spring/Springboot/Spring MVC development framework
4. Participated in big data related development and has a certain understanding of HBase, Hive, and Spark;
5. Familiar with Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, with experience in cluster installation configuration, tuning, and fault analysis, familiar with Unix/Linux operating systems;
6. Familiar with commonly used middleware such as Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MQ, NoSQL database technologies, and knowledgeable in distributed databases and full-text search technologies;
