Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product / service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products / services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in an engineering field (Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical)
- Experience and understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) principles and products is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Must own a car
