Job Summary

In this role, the Programme Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programmes and initiatives. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules.

Coordinate the execution of programme activities and monitor progress, providing regular updates to the lead.

Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate programme initiatives and build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and participants.

Organise and participate in meetings, workshops, and events, managing logistics such as venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.

Handle programme documentation, including reports, proposals, and meeting notes, while ensuring accurate data entry into relevant systems.

Collect, analyse, and report programme data to evaluate effectiveness and impact, and prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, Public Relations or related field

Relevant experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related field.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management software is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with sustainable business practices and the UN Global Compact is a plus.
