Project Manager

岗位职责：

1、Support overseas Projects and interface with relevant engineers in China.支持海外项目，并跟中国相关工程师对接

2、 Responsible for construction progress management: Responsible for the preparation of the overall progress plan of the entire project, coordinate the relationship between Party A and the subcontractors, track the implementation of the construction progress, and complete the project's milestones such as image progress control points Etc. to ensure that the construction progress of each contractor meets the requirements of the overall construction schedule.负责施工进度管理：责整个工程施工总进度计划的编制，协调甲方、各分项施工工序之间的关系，跟踪施工进度的实施，完成项目阶段性目标的实现标志如形象进度控制点等，保证各承包商的施工进度满足施工总进度计划的要求

3、Engineering quality: organize project engineers to carry out quality inspection and ensure construction quality.工程质量：组织项目工程师进行质量检查、保证施工质量

4、Ensure and implement polycies and measures for the whole team including subcontractors and summone some conferences regarding safety and civilized construction regularly.负责领导施工现场的安全文明施工，组织召开安全会议，确保施工现场安全文明施工

5、Participate in regular engineering (supervision) engineering meetings, conduct on-site construction management, organize and hold engineering coordination meetings, engineering progress meetings, etc. 参加工程（监理）工程例会，进行现场施工管理，组织召开工程协调会，工程进度会议等

6、Keep management diary, record the completion of daily work, record major events and processing results, be responsible for various declaration management of the project, safeguard the company's interests in accordance with the terms of the contract, ensure that the project goals are achieved, and Party'satisfaction撰写管理日记，记录每日工作完成情况，记录重大事件及处理结果，负责工程项目的各类申报管理工作，按照合同条款维护公司利益，确保项目目标实现，保证甲方满意

7、Project completion acceptance and settlement management, project quality assurance process management, etc.项目竣工验收与结算管理，项目质保期过程管理等方面

任职要求：

1、Electrical ,HVAC ,Engineering,majors & bachelor degree or above电气，暖通，彩板设计相关专业，本科及以上学历

2、Work Experience in HVAC& Clean room Project mannagement of pharmaceutical workshop above 3 years 医药车间洁净项目管理相关工作经验3年以上

3、Familiar with relevant technical regulations, codes and standards 熟悉相关的技术法规、规范及标准

4、Energetic, team spirit, good communication skills 富有活力，具有团队精神，良好的沟通能力

5、Both English and Chinese as working language is a necessary.中英均可作为工作语言者，必要条件
