The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing campaign, go-to-market planning, social media management, and KOL engagement. The candidate will oversee the execution of dynamic marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing and targeted paid performance to ensure impactful campaign launches and enhance revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Management: Prepare the Marketing Campaign Calendar, aimed at driving revenue growth for web and mobile channels. Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns/promotions and new product launches.
  • Creative Briefs: Develop and execute creative briefs for marketing communications, utilizing channels such as email, app push, web push, and paid ads.
  • Social Media Management: Manage content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, to engage the target audience effectively and to achieve brand objectives.
  • KOLs Engagement: Identify and engage with KOLs to drive campaign awareness, build relationships, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Platform Management: Maintain product listings, update pricing, and manage promo mechanics for all online platforms to ensure optimal visibility and buyer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in driving B2C marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media and content creation.
  • Skills:
  • Campaign Management: Skilled in overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously and utilizing data to generate actionable insights that enhance performance.
  • Creative Marketing & Social Media Engagement: Proficient in crafting compelling marketing strategies and utilizing social media trends to boost brand visibility and foster relationships with influencers.
