Job Description
- Meet with new customers to understand their requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions.
- Assist in creating effective value messaging.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure all requirements are met.
- Participate in project meetings with customers.
- Help define and refine solutions.
- Collaborate with other system equipment suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
- Work closely with the Product and R&D teams to program, configure, and customise cobot arms and AMRs. according to customer needs.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of robotic solutions.
- Provide automation solution guidance to customers, and support staff, while ensuring timely and accurate communication of relevant technical information to sales and marketing management.
- Extensive knowledge of automation technologies, including cobot arms, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and related systems such as Automated Stockers, E-racks, and SLAM Vision for AMHS factory solutions.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment from various vendors, focusing on specific functions.
- Familiarity with smart manufacturing concepts within the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D teams to tackle technical challenges.
- Preferred experience in deploying cobot arms and AMRs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for domestic or international assignments.
