[Cooperation Requirements and Conditions]

1.Open to all genders. Candidates must possess a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

2.Due to business requirements , the primary service languages are English and Chinese. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

3.Able to take initiative in fulfilling job responsibilities and promptly report and address issues as they arise.

4.Able to service independently while also demonstrating strong team collaboration skills.

5.Proficient in basic office software, such as Excel, Word, etc.

6.Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

[Cooperation Method]

After the interview and testing, the two parties will reach an agreement to cooperate as independent contractors, and the terms of service will be subject to the relevant provisions of the agreement

[Cooperation Service Hours]

Evening Shift Service Hours: Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (including a 1-hour meal break)

The first two weeks of collaboration will serve as a paid training period.

Guaranteed two days off per week.

Weekly work hours do not exceed 40 hours, with the option to request temporary adjustments to service hours in special circumstances.

[Project Service Mode]

Collaborate under an independent contractor model, allowing for autonomy and flexibility while benefiting from security and growth opportunities.

If necessary, initial services can be provided on-site at our office in Kuala Lumpur, which offers hardware support and a reliable network environment to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

In later stages, service locations will be flexible based on mutual needs, including options for remote service.

Offline Service Location: Menara SUEZCAP 2, KL Gateway.

[Cooperation Service Fee]

Training is provided at no cost, during which our company will offer professional training.

Service Fee: 30 MYR per hour.

Service rewards: One-time incentive subsidies will be granted based on actual service performance.

With a weekly service duration of 40 hours, the monthly service fee is approximately 4,800 MYR.
