Sales Engineer - Plastic (Global Company)

Working Location: Malaysia
Working Hour: Monday – Friday
Salary: 9,000 - 10,000 MYR (Depend on experience)
Other Allowances & Benefits: TBC

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Country Sales Manager/Sales Director or General Manager based in Bangkok.
• Drive business development and promote the company group products throughout Malaysia, Singapore, or assigned areas.
• Conduct opportunity management in CRM tools, understand customer needs, develop engineering solutions with the team, and close orders.
• Provide business and sales forecasts through written reports and phone conferences, as required.
• Manage relationships with existing and new customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate sales admins, service engineers, and project engineers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in the plastic industry; experience in the refrigeration industry is advantageous.
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in English (TOEIC >800), including understanding, speaking, and writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility, initiative, and passion.
• Willingness to work under pressure, prioritizing timely delivery and quality of work.
• Available for travel within Malaysia, Singapore, Asia Pacific, and Europe if required.
