Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee stock take preparation, counts, investigate discrepancies and submit as per timeline;
• Key liaison person with store operations, in planning and coordination of counts
• Group Stock Take Plan must be proposed and agreed with operation teams;
• Work with the warehouse, operations team and Area Managers to manage inventory and minimize stock losses (within agreed level of tolerance per product category)
• Ensuring inventory management policy and process compliance by operation, including stock receiving, adjustments and stock transfer.
• To train the Inventory Count Team to ensure team members have good understanding of the whole Inventory Count process and synchronised processes across different countries;
• Conduct random and ad hoc inventory audits;
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common IT tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals) are a plus.
