Role: Purchasing cum Admin Officer

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on daily raw material deliveries and update the Planning Team on any delays
  • Issue PO for ordering based on Plan Ordering Requirement
  • Manage documentation tracking and record keeping of contracts
  • To issue PO and follow up on requests of ePO / manual PO
  • Follow up on Operations administrative tasks
  • Assist Senior General Manager Operations on follow ups and adhoc tasks

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Application especially in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Experience in FMCG background is an added advantage
  • Good in communication skills

Experience

  • Preferably with 1 year of Purchasing experience, or on the job training can be provided.
  • Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply
