POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive, Senior Executive, or Assistant Manager in Event Sales Planning & Design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing impactful sales activation events that align with our brand’s objectives.

In this role, you will assist in managing the event calendar, developing engaging content for the brand, analyzing event performance, and supporting various projects within the Sales Planning department.

This position offers opportunities to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, drive innovative event solutions, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Activation Event Calendar Management:

  • Assist in building, updating, and maintaining a comprehensive calendar of sales activation events. This involves ensuring that key dates, timelines, and milestones for upcoming events are well-planned and communicated across the relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure all event logistics, staffing, and materials are prepared on time to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Regularly review the calendar and make adjustments based on business needs, event success, or changes in strategy.

    2. Content Creation for Team Engagement:
  • Develop and curate content that reflects the brand’s identity and goals, designed to engage and inspire internal teams. This could include sales presentations, event briefings, visual design concepts, and team communications.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with the company’s broader campaigns and objectives.
  • Generate ideas and materials that boost team morale and align them with event goals, ensuring maximum effort and collaboration during the execution of sales events.

    3. Event and Campaign Performance Analysis:
  • Leverage reporting systems and data analytics to track the performance of sales activation events and marketing campaigns. Analyze key metrics such as attendee engagement, customer feedback, sales outcomes, and ROI to assess the success of each event.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to the Sales Planning team and other stakeholders, recommending improvements for future events.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize event strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximum impact on brand growth.

    4. Support for Sales Planning Projects:
  • Assist in all relevant projects within the Sales Planning department, including promotional initiatives, brand collaborations, and event partnerships.
  • Play a supporting role in large-scale sales campaigns, ensuring all details are handled effectively and that project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales plans and contribute ideas that enhance the overall sales planning strategy.


Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Executive: 1-3 years of experience in event planning, sales, or content creation.
  • Senior Executive/Assistant Manager: 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in managing events, creating content, and analyzing campaign results.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for team engagement and client presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to measure event performance and make informed decisions.
  • Creative flair for event design and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table that resonate with brand values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting and project management tools.
