Sales Reporting
• To work closely with the entire sales and marketing team in achieving set objectives.
• Prepare Daily & Weekly Targets for review during the weekly HOD meeting.
• To present updated sales figures during Monthly Promoters' Meeting.
• Always update and compile Competitors' Activities / Promos / Dept Store POS / Weekly & Monthly Sales.
• Responsible for submission of monthly commission reports of all Promoters to Accounts Dept. by the 3rd of each month.
• To assist the Marketing Team in setting retail and promotion targets (in view of wholesale targets) as well as the most competitive commission and incentive schemes.
• Responsible for informing the Promoters on the retail targets in Department Stores for assigned portfolio of brands and motivate them in achieving the targets.
• To plan and execute additional sales incentive programs for promoters to encourage incremental sales over the counter, working in hand with Brand / Marketing Managers on a regular basis.
• To have regular monthly meetings with Promoters & Marketing Team for feedback/interaction on market happenings and arrive at an action plan to achieve desired results.
• To conduct random stock checks at counters to ensure that there is no discrepancy in stocks and GWPs and ensure a healthy stock buffer at all times.

Merchandising
• To work closely with all brand owners to ensure merchandising is according to Principals' guidelines.
• To ensure that all promos are based on planogramming.
• Assist Brand team to ensure counter display and merchandising in Department Stores befit the brand image of the respective brands.

BA's / FC's Management

• Update Promoters’ Duty Roster - keep track of their leave applications & MC records.
• Weekly counter visit to ensure good housekeeping and motivate Promoters.
• Check on Promoters’ Punch Cards to keep tab of their punctuality.
• Call counters daily to check on Promoters’ work schedule and sales-to-date.
• Responsible for the recruitment of the best promoters for counters and promotions.
• Responsible for handling assigned retail operations team and immediate subordinates i.e. BA’s / FC’s in ensuring optimum productivity.
• To inform management of any misbehavior among the team of Promoters and decide on the necessary disciplinary action that needs to be taken.
• Responsible for controlling/grooming promoters in line with company/brand guidelines.
• To ensure Promoters are well-groomed at all times and wear proper uniforms provided by the Company.

Others

• To establish a good rapport with the Store Supervisors to secure support added visibility for brands.
• To monitor closely and provide feedback on competitors’ activities and sales promotions, recommending appropriate strategies and course of action.
• To collect sales reports and follow-up with the buyers to receive the purchase orders on time.
• To assist Brand team in planning & arranging adequate stocks, GWPs, testers, P.O.S. materials at counters and promotion venues in advance to avoid last-minute hick-ups.
• Assist in updating retail sales performance into the common folder.
• Monitor sales performance of all key Dept. Stores on a weekly basis by consolidating and submitting Weekly Sales Report to the Assistant General Manager.
• Consolidate counter inventory and submit proposal to clear slow-moving items by each Monday.
• Consolidate counter merchandising pictures and store them into the common folder for marketing evaluation.
