JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Compensation and employee benefits
    • Recommend compensation and remuneration based on employee performance.
    • Perform timely and accurate payroll processing.
    • Timely statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDC Levy in accordance with the statutory requirements.
    • Organize company celebration and welfare events.

    2. Talent management

    • Identify company’s talent need to achieve company goals and direction.
    • Involved in setting up Job Description and KPI for all staff members.
    • Recruit compatible and capable talents for the company.
    • In charge of the entire hiring process, physical recruitment and/or online postings.
    • Maintain up to date data in personal files and ensure an appropriate filing system.
    • Conduct performance reviews alongside Head of Departments.
    • Conduct monthly salespeople KPI interview
    • Identify staff members individual strengths and weaknesses, and recommend best fit positions.
    • Plan and execute employee’s retention plans with HODs.
    • Conduct exit interviews to improve overall HR policies.

    3. Training and development

    • Conduct periodic Training Needs Assessment based on twice a year performance review.
    • Seek out, recommend and plan for employee trainings based on individual needs and company goals.
    • Keep track of HRDC levy and make plans to utilize them.

    4. Compliance

    • Participate in the processes of Company Policies drafting, adaptation of Standards and setting up Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Manage and maintain the Company’s Policies and Standards.
    • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures with HODs.
    • Lead and guide the internal teams on every form of audit.
    • Conduct orientation to all new staff members onboard and ensure everyone is briefed on the Company Policies and Standards.
    • Cooperate with parent company on policies and reporting.

    5. Workplace safety

    • Mitigate and manage any workplace conflicts
    • Maintain and monitor workplace safety standards in accordance to the Malaysian Laws and Company Policy.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in handling of the full spectrum of Human Resource
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Strong proficiency in generating HR letters and handling onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks for recruitment related activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
