Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle sales admin function relation to new, on-going, and completed projects.
  • To ensure that all projects information is updated correctly inside ERP systems and MS Excel files.
  • Checking and follow-up with PIC on missing information and documents of buyers and project details.
  • Checking and follow-up on loan approval status and documentation from PIC.
  • Attending/ replying to email and all inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports as required correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Perform any task assigned by superior/ management from time-to-time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words).
Experience and knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia.
Exhibit good analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work at Sunway Damansara, PJ.
