The company offers a range of services related to the construction and engineering industry, including sub-contracting, manpower and material supply, certified manpower for specialized industries, and consultancy services on project procurement and management. EPSIS operates in CENTRAL, NORTH, SOUTH & WEST MALAYSIA.
Role Description
EPSIS Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for HVAC technology, excellent communication skills, and a track record of driving sales growth. You will be responsible for both managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to meet our ambitious sales targets.
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Marketing Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that promote EPSIS Group’s HVAC solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing efforts.
- Manage social media presence, digital marketing efforts, and content creation to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages
- Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters
Product Knowledge & Support:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the HVAC industry.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding EPSIS Group’s products, services, and solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical information to customers and prospects.
Sales Development:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and bids.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operation, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Any prior experience with web designs, e-commerce is a plus.
- Relevant HVAC industry certifications or experience are a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with B2B sales, construction, or engineering environments is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HVAC products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience developing marketing plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
