Tasks & responsibilities

  • To identify & secure advertising contracts/campaigns from advertising/media/outdoor specialists and corporate companies.
  • To achieve assigned sales forecast & target.
  • Professional networking with advertising/media agency & corporate company is required.
  • Ability to formulate, plan & implement creative sales.
  • Strategies to create demand, opportunities, maximizes market penetration & accelerates sales growth development.
  • To implement after sales operation in accordance to standard operation procedures.
  • To assist in collection and ensuring no bad debts.

Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with marketing communications & advertising tertiary education are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 2 year Sales Manager or 1 year for Sales Executive of media sales experience is required with a good understanding of marketing & advertising trends.
  • Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • Strong initiative with a positive attitude & good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Prefer applicants who are aged below 30 years old.
  • The basic salary is combination of basic+incentive+commission.
