Tasks & responsibilities
- To identify & secure advertising contracts/campaigns from advertising/media/outdoor specialists and corporate companies.
- To achieve assigned sales forecast & target.
- Professional networking with advertising/media agency & corporate company is required.
- Ability to formulate, plan & implement creative sales.
- Strategies to create demand, opportunities, maximizes market penetration & accelerates sales growth development.
- To implement after sales operation in accordance to standard operation procedures.
- To assist in collection and ensuring no bad debts.
Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates with marketing communications & advertising tertiary education are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 2 year Sales Manager or 1 year for Sales Executive of media sales experience is required with a good understanding of marketing & advertising trends.
- Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Strong initiative with a positive attitude & good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Prefer applicants who are aged below 30 years old.
- The basic salary is combination of basic+incentive+commission.
