Objective:
Enhance skills and knowledge of frontline employees

  • Drive sales performance and meet sales targets of the brand
  • Maintain brand standards and consistency
  • Support professional development of beauty consultants team
  • Implement new product launches and techniques

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design annual training plans and strategies for frontline employees, aligning with global guidelines, including product knowledge and soft skills (customer service, consultation, etc.)
  • Coach the team using direct and supportive feedback to help them achieve sales goals
  • Create and implement effective action plans
  • Prepare and provide training materials and manuals
  • Manage classroom education strategy, logistics, and attendance.
  • Conduct field coaching to ensure knowledge and skills are applied in-store
  • Focus on BC personalization, specialization, and expertise: identify individual BC development needs and propose implementation action plans
  • Provide specific training based on company strategy or project requirements
  • Plan and organize annual engagement activities for all staff

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Candidate with 4 years or above related experience in Sales or Education in Beauty industry
  • Strong managerial skills with ability to coach the teams
  • Demonstrate good facilitation skills and ability to engage staff
  • Positive mentality/attitude is a must
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong Self-initiative and well organized
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS applications especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint
