Objective:
Enhance skills and knowledge of frontline employees
- Drive sales performance and meet sales targets of the brand
- Maintain brand standards and consistency
- Support professional development of beauty consultants team
- Implement new product launches and techniques
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and design annual training plans and strategies for frontline employees, aligning with global guidelines, including product knowledge and soft skills (customer service, consultation, etc.)
- Coach the team using direct and supportive feedback to help them achieve sales goals
- Create and implement effective action plans
- Prepare and provide training materials and manuals
- Manage classroom education strategy, logistics, and attendance.
- Conduct field coaching to ensure knowledge and skills are applied in-store
- Focus on BC personalization, specialization, and expertise: identify individual BC development needs and propose implementation action plans
- Provide specific training based on company strategy or project requirements
- Plan and organize annual engagement activities for all staff
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Candidate with 4 years or above related experience in Sales or Education in Beauty industry
- Strong managerial skills with ability to coach the teams
- Demonstrate good facilitation skills and ability to engage staff
- Positive mentality/attitude is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong Self-initiative and well organized
- Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS applications especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint
