岗位职责:

入职要求:

  • 至少拥有高中学历(SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree,等)。
  • 中文与英文 (会广东话者优先)。
  • 优选具有至少1年BPO/呼叫中心行业客户服务经验者。
  • 欢迎Diploma/ Degree 应届毕业生申请!

Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Location: KL Sentral, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Cheras, Ampang etc. Reachable by public transport !

Working hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned products.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a high school certificate (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree, etc)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin (Cantonse will be added value !)
  • Preferably someone with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply !
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, if needed.
