Job 1) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Requirements

  • Over 8 years relevant working experience in Interior Fit-Out Works. Eg. Shopping Mall, Retails, Corporate Office,Hypermarket, Supermarket
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management.
  • Able to read ID, Architectural & Technical Drawings and Apply to Construction Activities.
  • Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Auto Cad.
  • Highly independent, client oriented and team player.
  • Willing to travel and work beyond the regular working hours.

Responsibility

  • Liaise with team member to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Ensure Project Documentation are properly managed.
  • To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time.
  • To plan & manage projecton-site include coordinating sub-contractor, workers and materials arrangement and etc.
  • Resolve any site problems and conduct site inspections long the construction period.
  • Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during projects construction period.
  • Attend site meeting and able to correspond fluently through email for liaising with clients, consultants and etc.
  • To purchase & monitor project material, workers, sub-contractor and etc.
  • To prepare project daily & weekly report, work done progress claim and etc.
  • To liaise and obtain all necessary permitsand license from regulatory authorities.

Job 2) PROJECT COORDINATOR

Requirements

  • Over 3 years relevant working experience in interior fit-out works are preferred.
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management.
  • Able to read ID, Architectural & Technical Drawings and Apply to Construction Activities.

Job 3) QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements

  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 yearsand above working experience.
  • Willing to work long hours.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferable specialized in quantity surveying with interior design background.

Responsiblities

  • Responsible to plan for pretender and post tender exercise including checking of tender documents, coordinate with project teams & subcontractor to ensure completeness and correctness of tender documents.
  • To calculate the cost of construction for project based on the drawings and documents.
  • Attend site meeting valuation, final measurement & liaise with owner and consultants.
  • All QS scope of works, any other tasks may be assigned by superior.
  • To monitor overall project purchasing materials in accordance to contractual items.
  • Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as Variation Order, Extension of Time & Material submission.
  • To check & evaluate subcontractors Progress Claim including preparing Interim Certificate.

>> Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm

>> Saturday : 9.00am - 1.00pm (Alternative) ; Sunday : Rest
