Act as the Primary Quality Management Representative (QMR), overseeing the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s quality policies and quality system procedures to ensure adherence to IATF 16949 : 2016.
Act as the QA/QC Head of Department (HOD), lead and manage the QA/QC team and responsible for incoming, WIP and outgoing quality checking to ensure it meets customers’ requirements.
Resolve all non-compliance issues and eliminate non-conformance of quality standards. Coordinate all corrective actions and preventive measures with production, engineering and marketing to ensure effectiveness.
To increase overall customer satisfaction through quick response to all customers related complaints.
Job requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or any related qualification.
Minimum three (3) years of working experience in related field.
Required skills / experiences in ISO 9001 : 2015 and IATF 16949 : 2016
Able to work independently and lead a team.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese dialects.
