We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as part of the Counter Crew for our e-commerce operations including courier service of DHL ecommerce service line for walk-in customer to serve. This role will also involve providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities
Counter service and assistant work basic content:

  • Efficient & responsible & teamwork
  • Customer service clerk
  • Politely welcome and guide customers
  • Provide the support management needs
  • Ensure the cleanliness and furnishing of the front desk
  • Willing to learn & solve problems
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
