Our client “MSI Pacific International Holding Co., Ltd.” is seeking a Sales Admin to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• Liaise with salesperson and handle full set of order process, including but not limited to, issuing documents (such as contract, invoice, delivery order/delivery notice request, commission agreement, debit note, credit note etc.), monitoring deliveries and monitor payment.
• Liaise with transporter to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with customers and relevant parties when necessary.
• Prepare monthly sales report and any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
• Communicate sales status internally with salesperson.
• Maintain and update sales and purchase records.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Who are they looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to communicate in three language (BC, BM, English)
