Create and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms.
Strategically plan and organize the social media content calendar in advance.
Oversee all aspects of the company's social media channels, from content ideation and planning to creation, shooting, video editing, scheduling posts, and performance analysis.
Identify and coordinate with suitable models for content shooting, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the outlets, providing creative insights and compelling storytelling to enhance the content shooting and editing process.
Any other tasks as assigned by the superior/company.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media pages for cosmetics and skincare beauty brands.
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu.
Proficient in managing accounts on various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google+, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
