- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor sales, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving pricing strategies, inventory management, and customer engagement.

- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and potential growth opportunities in international e-commerce markets.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality assurance processes and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data.

- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for expanding our cross-border e-commerce presence and increasing market share in different regions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce analytics to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Chinese speaking is preferred.

- Proven experience in data analysis within the e-commerce industry, with a focus on cross-border operations and international market dynamics.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing business needs.
