Sony Malaysia is searching for an independent and result oriented E-Commerce Executive with the experience in handling principal brand e-commerce and marketplace channels. The candidate is expected to develop the e-commerce business with his/her unique ideas and specialize knowledge in the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sony Malaysia e-commerce platform from planning, execution, review and improvement (PDCA).
  • Well manage all e-commerce platform necessary information in term of up to date product information, pricing, etc.
  • Analyse data traffic, market data, and marketing campaigns to optimize the customer experience and thereafter propose creative ideas to increase sales.
  • Responsible to the P&L, growth and achieve sales forecast.
  • Plan and execute marketing efforts and the demand creation in e-commerce platform.
  • Build strong relationship and liaise with e-commerce platform key account manager.
  • Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure direction alignment and activities synchronization.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and analysis on post campaign.
  • Enhance e-commerce platform to enhance sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years E-commerce experience
  • Passionate & knowledge in consumer electronic industry
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Creative and sensitive with market trend
  • Ability to transform ideas into execution, capable to lead the execution with gather the relevant parties from all levels of people
  • Enjoys working under fast paced environment
  • Good standards of following up & problem-solving skills
  • Great communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, system usages and PowerPoint reports
