  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with hands-on experience and management skills in the heavy machinery, secondary process and any relevant , also able to lead and manage the Engineering team in the organization.

Responsibility

  • Be an effective people manager who provides technical guidance, evaluation, and facilitates career growth
  • Check design calculations and reviewing detailed drawings. Deliver project with high quality, meeting timeline.
  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate work phases to hit schedules and make the engineering team efficient
  • Hire and build the mechanical engineering functional group at MMIS
  • Responsible for delivering quality mechanical engineering work to many products
  • Interface with other functional leaders for product development
  • Lead RFQ team ( Costing )
  • Lead IE team ( Process control , SOP , Production layout , Efficiency improvement ).
  • Provide technical solution for Production .
  • Familiar with ISO flow & ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual
  • Undertake the role of lead verifier for projects assigned.
  • Able to prepare strategy plan for department
  • Able to set KPI and guide the team to achieve the KPI

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree of mechanical engineering fields or its equivalent with experience in production / material planning in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ heavy machineries industrial experience.
  • Candidate with related experience preferred
  • Computer literate and have knowledge in micro soft Excel
  • Strong supervision and record monitoring skill
  • Able to work in team and independent to work under minimum supervision
