Key Responsibilities:


Identify Needs:
Determine the materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines.

Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all purchased materials and services meet the required quality standards.
Coordinate with quality control teams to inspect and verify the quality of received goods.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the procurement budget.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply for ongoing projects.
Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
Generate regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
