Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, contracts, and sales documents.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

    Order Processing

    • Handle the end-to-end order processing from receiving customer orders to delivery and after-sales services.
    • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    • Monitor the progress of orders and keep customers informed about their order status.
    • Ensure timely invoicing and manage related documentation for each transaction.

      Customer Service

      • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding sales-related queries and issues.
      • Resolve customer complaints or concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
      • Support the sales team in maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing prompt assistance.

        Sales Coordination

        • Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, marketing) to ensure sales activities align with business goals.
        • Support the coordination of sales events, promotions, and campaigns by providing administrative assistance and handling logistics.
        • Ensure that all contracts, agreements, and supporting documents are properly filed and accessible.

          Inventory and Stock Management

          • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels are available for sales.
          • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder products as needed.
          • Assist in managing inventory reports to support the sales team’s needs.

            Administrative Tasks

            • Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales records, and filing paperwork.
            • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for the sales team when required.
            • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the sales team if needed.

  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
